Booking requests

Submitting the booking form or sending a message is a request only. A booking is not confirmed until we contact you and agree the job details, including price and timing.

Prices and timings

Prices are agreed before work starts. Any arrival times we give are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather and other conditions outside our control.

Your information

Please make sure the details you give us are accurate, including the vehicle’s condition and location. You should remove valuables from your vehicle before it is recovered or transported.
